I'm sure this is in a lot of their minds, and to answer the question simply, the answer is yes, this is legal.
But this thread was made to explain how this is, in fact, legal.
'm going to write this in Q / A style text for easier reading.
1.DBORevelations Does anyone use NTL Code?
Absolute and short answer is no. developed for each piece of DBORevelations code has been written from scratch by our developers commit their time and effort to DBORevelations without benefit of financial gain. (This is also why it is taking so long, so be patient you? This is not easy.)
